NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED ON/IN ANY CITY FACILITIES AND/OR PARKS without an approved special permit application.

Online reservations must be made up to 8 days in advance. Current week reservations can be made by contacting the Parks and Recreation department no later than Wednesday by 4pm. The rented space must be left clean and undamaged to receive your deposit. Deposits will be mailed back to the address that was used to make the reservation. Deposits can take 2-4 weeks.

**Cancellation Policy** Parks and Recreation must be notified by email or phone of the cancellation at least 3 business days prior to your event.
